Harassment, bullying, threats, racism, discrimination, or any form of hate speech are strictly prohibited.
Punishments:
First Offense: Warning.
Second Offense: 1-h Warning
Third Offense: 24-h Warning
Fourth Offense: 1-day Ban
Fifth Offense: 7-day Ban
Six Offense: Permanent Mute
Keep all chat content suitable for a general audience. Avoid controversial, political, or mature discussions.
Mild swearing is allowed, but do not direct it at others in an offensive manner.
Do not spam or attempt to bypass spam filters.
Use English in the main chat channels. For other languages, use private messages.
Punishments:
First Offense: Warning.
Second Offense: 1-h Warning
Third Offense: 24-h Warning
Fourth Offense: 1-day Ban
Fifth Offense: 7-day Ban
Six Offense: Permanent Mute
Ensure all names (player warps, faction names, item names, etc.) are appropriate and inoffensive.
Inappropriate skins, capes, or builds containing explicit or offensive content are not permitted.
Punishments:
First Offense: Warning
Second Offense: Banned until removed
No Exploits or Cheating
Do not exploit bugs, glitches, or game mechanics. Report any issues to staff.
Hacked clients, illegal mods (e.g., killaura, reach, x-ray), or modifications that provide an unfair advantage are prohibited.
Do not use macros, auto-clickers, or AFK mining/farming tools.
Do not teleport-trap or kill other players, except in designated PvP areas like Factions or Hardcore servers.
Punishments:
First Offense: Temporary ban (7 days).
Second Offense: Extended ban (30 days).
Third Offense: Permanent ban.
Respect Others' Property and Builds
Do not scam, grief, steal from, or camp around other players' claimed areas, islands, or builds, unless permitted.
Honor all trades and deals made with other players.
Punishments:
First Offense: Temporary ban (3 days).
Second Offense: Extended ban (7 days).
Third Offense: Extended ban (14 days)
Fair Play and Integrity
Do not impersonate staff or claim ranks you do not have.
Do not reveal private information about other players.
Do not advertise, link, or promote services unrelated to AquariaMC.
Do not bypass punishments by using alternate accounts or in-game commands.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
Punishments:
First Offense: Staff can determine what is the appreciate punishment for the type of action
Staff Discretion
The staff team reserves the right to change the rules, make exceptions, and enforce them at their discretion.
Reporting Violations
Report any rule violations to staff through the designated channels or on the Discord server.
All players, regardless of playtime, rank, or other identifiers, must adhere to these rules.
